We’re pleased to announce that we have added the ability to display the current credit balance on Session Report emails. This will keep your students and parents updated on how many prepaid credits they have before they run out. If you are interested in adding this information to your template, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the Admin tab under Configuration–>System Email Templates.
- Find the “Session Report” template and click the “edit” link.
- Enter the following code anywhere you’d like in the template:
- Save the template.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the “Student Session Report” template if you would like students to receive this information as well.
